  4. ADMINISTRATION
  a. Registration
      All students wanting to study on the Bible School must complete a       registration form which will be filed. (See annexure A1)

  b. Student Records All students must have a detailed and orderly record of       his/her progress on the Bible School, which can be audited at any time by       CFC international, Johannesburg. (See annexure A2)

  c. Student Fees
       i)  Accounting Accounting practices (GAAP) must be adhered to and proper            records of all student fees are to be maintained
      ii) Student fees Levied fees must be recorded, as agreed between CFC            and your Bible School, or as agreed with the Senior Pastor. All students            must pay student fees, unless a bursary system is in place.
           (See  annexure A3)

  d. Class Attendance
       The Records and notes of all class attendance must be kept.
       (See Annexure 4)
