Message from Christian Family Church International Bible School
Dear Dean,
We are tremendously excited about your decision to establish a Christian Family Church Bible School within your church.
You can expect your congregation to grow and mature and for a harvest of souls to be added to the Kingdom.
Because you have decided to take this step, you are fulfilling Paul’s instruction to Timothy which, is as we know, the Holy Spirit’s instruction to the church.

2 Tim 2:2 You have heard me teach many things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Teach these great truths to trustworthy people who are able to pass them on to others. (NLT)

In this handbook, we will be addressing the following points to help you through the stages of setting up your Bible school:

1. Introduction to CFC Bible School.
2. How to start a Bible School.
3. What do I need to start?
4. Administration.
5. Lecture program.
6. Graduation.
7. Forms.
8. Student Management system.

Remember, we are all co-laborers in Christ to make this vision and program a great success. We are always available to discuss and assist you wherever possible.

Much love in Jesus name
Ps Andre Wilmans
Principal: CFCI Bible School.

1. INTRODUCTION
It is our desire, that whoever decides to incorporate a CFC Bible School into their church, would also choose to associate themselves with us at any of the following 3 levels:
This part of the Deans handbook will give an introduction and overview of how you can get involved with Christian Family Church Bible School, incorporating the School of Timothys (SOFT). It addresses the levels of association, covenant agreements, implementation and our annual Deans conference.

1.1 Levels of Association with CFC
The level of your association will determine the level of Christian Family
Church Bible School involvement with your Bible school.

Level 1 - Association
An agreement of Association is a loose arrangement whereby each
party respects the other’s Statement of Faith but cannot dictate
policies and decisions for each other’s Ministry. Each reserves the
right to disassociate at any time.

Level 2 - Ordination
Once a Pastor has been in full time ministry for a period of two
years, they are ordained and their conduct and integrity must be in
accordance with 1 Timothy 3:1-13 and our Statement of Faith.
Should an individual not adhere to our code of conduct, we reserve
the rights to withdraw the Ordination.
A Pastor cannot write the exam unless
1) he/she is ordained
2) has a congregation of 200+
3) is in full-time service at the mother church or a church with a congregation     of 200+.

Level 3 – Use of Name
Should the name of Christian Family Church be used, then our
Statement of Faith must be read and signed in acknowledgement
that you will adhere to this and it is your responsibility to see that
your congregants are issued with the same Statement of Faith.
The basis of your Constitution should be the same as that of
Christian Family Church, Johannesburg.
Anyone using the name of Christian Family Church must be able to
produce the necessary documents to show that they have adhered
to Government regulations e.g. application for a PBO, registration
with SARS etc.

1.2 Your Covenant with CFC Bible School
Each Senior Pastor and his Dean will be asked to sign a covenant letter with
Christian Family Church Bible School and Christian Family Church
International. This letter will govern the relationship between all parties and
will grant your Bible School certain privileges:
1. Manuals and subject material at a reduced rate to Bible Schools.
2. Bible School support from CFC Bible School
3. Conferences and Bible School workshops
1.3 Implementation

All newly associated Bible Schools will be assisted in the setup period by
workers from Christian Family Church, Johannesburg. This will include
administration systems and especially the Student Management system. A
fee will be charged for the above-mentioned assistance.

1.4 Dean’s Conference
Christian Family Church has an annual Dean’s conference in Johannesburg
to inform, educate, train and run workshops for those Deans and Pastors
joining the Bible School for the first time. This will also provide an opportunity
for existing Bible Schools to be informed about the latest news, updates and
developments regarding the overall Bible School, incorporating the School of
Timothys.
