a) Students Enrolments
i) Enrolment per class group or individual per course
ii) Enrolments of students are validated against students results
iii) Cancellation of students can be done at any time
b) Main Student screen
At a glance, a summary of the student’s registration information can be seen e.g.:
i) Type of student, Instruction Program Code, Course, Class Group, Subject Information, as well at Time Table details.
ii) Students can be blocked if previous accounts are outstanding and a list containing relevant information can be printed.
The following student details can be recorded:
• personal information of the student, including a photograph
• three addresses per student
• registration information
• guardian information
• medical information
• school information of each student
• test, promotions, year marks and examination marks
• student absentees and employer feedback
• examiners information
• lecturer information, linked to the Personnel system

The students archive system is included in the student system.
c) FINANCIAL LINK FROM THE STUDENT SYSTEM
The student system is linked to the financial system which means that the
following will automatically be added in the financial system:
a) invoices
b) credit notes
c) receipts
d) refunds
e) installments
f) inventory management
g) age analysis
h) income statement
i) balancing of cash registers
j) viewing and printing of various reports
k) corrections or financial documents from the student screen
l) financial system is based on the latest, accepted financial accounting

The Coltech Library System is a very dynamic software package, written in windows, that enables you to manage the borrower’s information, media items and authors.
